Hardik Pandya played a blistering unbeaten 35 off just 13 balls hitting 4 fours and 2 sixes with a strike rate of 269.23 and Rishabh Pant contributed a whirlwind unbeaten 27 off 13 balls contained 3 sixes and a four with a strike-rate of 207.69.

Afghanistan Bowling :

For Afghanistan, Karim Janat and Gulbadin Naib was the best bowlers for Afghanistan - each taking one wickets.

Afghanistan Innings :

In response, Afghanistan managed 144 for 7 in their 20 overs with Karim Janat was the top-scorer with a unbeaten 42 off 22 balls featuring 3 fours and two sixes with a striking at 190.90. 

Mohammad Nabi contributed 35 runs off 32 balls with 2 fours and a six, Rahmanullah Gurbaz smashed a 19 off 10 balls hitting 2 sixes and a four with a strike rate of 190, while Gulbadin Naib added 18 off 20 balls with 3 fours.

India Bowling :

For India, Mohammed Shami was the best bowler for India - who taking 3 wickets for 32 runs in 4 overs. Ravichandran Ashwin finished with 2 wickets for 14 runs in 4 overs with maintaining an impressive economy rate of 3.50, Ravindra Jadeja and Jasprit Bumrah each took one wickets.

Player of the match : 

Rohit Sharma was named Player of the Match for his sparkling 74 runs off 47 balls - which included 8 fours and three sixes with a strike rate of 157.44.
